Hi, Many of these sorts of files are often not finable in a regular Spotlight search. You may either need to tell it to look in System Files, or log in as a root user which can let you see files that a regular Admin cannot.

I did find someone found a workaround by replacing the built in tone with his custom tone but that may have been the alert tones. There was mention too if adding new tones to the Modern folder which exists in the Alert tone folder.
