Hi, Try entering the code without VO on. That is, get yourself to the point where you would enter the code, then turn off VO and then enter the code. There was a problem like that back in Mavericks whereby System Prefs kept crashing in the Printer pane, but if you turned VO off, things worked. You should be able to turn VO back on after the code has been properly entered.
