They did bring out a gen 2 play 5 18 months ago give or take, Wondered if they might do the same for play 1’s and 3. As for your connect amp, will that let you connect other speakers to it? They seem to have been offering the same range for an awfully long time. Their approach seems to be largely to upgrade the software on the existing range. I must say, I love my Sonos ConnectAMP.
