Hi, Yes, it's possible, but it's probably most beneficial to determine first what is using up the majority of your space. To learn this, go into System Preferences, iCloud and look at the breakdown of what is being used in your storage. Things like iCloud Backups, App data, Photos etc. Once you know what is the primary cause, we can go from there.
