Yes, in fact, it can be done but you have to specify your music videos in a 
different way than as videos.  I really don’t fool with that stuff very much 
though.  I might add home movies to my iTunes library but in that case, they 
are added as home movies in the movie section.  I think if you want to add 
music videos, you need to specify them as albums or tracks inside an album 
rather than as videos.
