Hi folks,
I realize this is unique, but someone here may know something I cannot
discover otherwise.
Brian Moor is a member of our list here. He agreed to provide a small
expert witness review for a human right hearing, providing his resume to
my lowers and the legal agency doing the review. However, No one has
heard from him in several days, with his report due well today actually.
If anyone knows what might be happening with Brian please let me know.
Given his usual professional integrity, I can only guess something
serious has happened. Not that he is abandoning his professional word.
