I would expect that the mark for drag and drag before commands should work for this, if not, then we should hammer accessibility support with requests to get it to work.
Personally, I haven't done much with the current version of iTunes, mostly just managing my IOS devices and playing with the Podcasts area. And I have to say the Podcast area is less than intuitive. But then, I find that anytime an application enables a Web View it gets more difficult to navigate, and usually more so than on my Windows machine. .
