Hello Ramy, Find the contact you wish to add to your created group, and simply whilst Voiceover focus is on the contact name in the group press command+c. Then go to the table which lists all the groups, find the one you wish to add the contact to, then move to the table of the contacts in the group and command+v to paste the contact into the list of contacts in this group.
You can also copy multiple contacts by first interacting with the table of all your contacts, and using vo+up or down arrow to move through the contacts. Once you find the contact you wish, press vo+command+enter key to highlight it thus adding it to the selection. Then, making sure you don't press any other key combinations, use vo+up and down arrow to look for other contact names and again when you find one, press vo+command+enter key to add another contact to the highlighted list. To check which contacts you have selected, you can press vo+f6 keys to hear voiceover announce the highlighted/selected contacts. Then press command+c to copy them all to clipboard and proceed with pasting them to the new group as above. Hope this will help.
