I have only experienced this when a new window is created and focus changes to
it. Were you giving vo-M as an example multi-step command, or was that the
specific command you issued? Also, what application were you in while doing
this? Generally, I have seen no place to adjust timeouts in the VoiceOVer
settings or VoiceOver utility.
