Hi, I've just tried to edit a secure note in 1password, and I do not experience your problem. I found the note I wanted, I then moved to the details group but I did not interact with the table in which the details are displayed. Instead I moved to the right of the group where the details are displayed and activated the edit button. I was placed in the text of the note and I was able to use my arrow keys to edit the note. So maybe the trick is not to interact with the details table but to activate the edit button.
