Hello All, Richard, Joe, and some others have reported problems viewing their iTunes purchase history with JAWS. The problem is not screen reader or OS specific; the normal facility for viewing Purchase History from your account in not available right now, and may be down until December 29 while they update the interface. If you have any of your old receipts from the iTunes Store in your mail (the ones with a Subject like: "Your receipt #1234567890"), you can look toward the bottom of the receipt and check the link to your Purchase History. Follow the prompts and it should connect you to a display of your Purchase History page.
