You can inport them into itunes  in mp3.  You can do the following to do this.

1.  Insert a cd you wish to copy.
2.  Itunes will ask you if you want to inport the cd into the itunes lybrary.  
Say no to this.
3.  Now arrow down to the cd in the sorses table and vo over to the inport 
settings.
4.  There is an opsion in there to select the mp3 incoder and the bit rate.  
Select  the mp3 incoder from the list and press enter.
5.  Next, vo rite til you get to the bit rate and vo space on the pop up button 
and select 128kbps and press enter.
6.  VIO to the ok button and hit vo space.  This should put you back in the 
itunes main window.  Now you can select the inport cd button and the tracks 
will start riping in the mp3 format  and will do thiis with ever cd you copy 
form here on out.  HTH.
