Speaking for myself, I can share that those fishing e-mails are likely not
due to your being a member here, but due to icloud.
Hackings in general are producing allot of these. I get them asking about
my apple id, and I am not that kind of apple user.
Simply follow practical wisdom. do not read anything that you feel
should not be coming to you.
Apple does not as a rule ask you to confirm important details via e-mail,
at least that was my understanding.
So, just filter them as spam if you have that ability.
