HiTim, It was a Mac OS el capitan course I think the 201 certification course
The trainer had 4 work stations setup and authenticating against an el cap server with the rdp I connected through the server to another student of the courses work station and I being the only blind one on the course started up VO and was listening to it through headphones from his machine He couldn't hear what I was doing but could see on his screen what I was doing. I can only assume it was due to the server connection that I got vo working because I know it doesn't with a direct connection to the other work station. Hope that makes more sence. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Tim Kilburn Sent: Friday, 5 May 2017 2:45 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: apple remote desktop Simon, Were you hearing the VO actions through the controlling computer, or were they in the same room and thus you were hearing the audio? If the former, then could you give a little more details about how/what you did to accomplish this? Later... So note I was using one el cap work station and through a 10.11.x server I was able to remotely connect and control with voiceover another persons El Cap workstation. The only thing I can say is that if it wasn't for the server I couldn't have had vo working remotely And I've tried it a number of times. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of mattias jonsson Sent: Thursday, 4 May 2017 2:28 PM To: [email protected]; Tim Kilburn <[email protected]> Subject: Re: apple remote desktop osx server app? where and how to get it?
