The sim tool is within the cardboard documentation and is a little metal oval 
shape with a pin off one end of it.
That pin goes in the little hole on the side of the phone beside the sim slot / 
tray.

 Or simply find a paper clip and straighten one end of it, strip the plastic 
cover off and then use that.

I see the ear buds, ac adapter and charging cable.
I never changed a sim card before. I may have to wait for some help.
