Ramy,
Sounds like a Jaws problem. I tried the control and arrow keys in
NVDA and no trouble there.

Hi Scotte:
Thanks but the Problem is not in the Vo, I tern off the Vo always, but
the Problem is in the Mac itself,
don't know what is the Control + left or right errows can do. but when
I perform this inside VMware, the app did not respond to my order, and
I found my jaws stopped working

Try just turning off voice over when you’re in the VM. Throw a command F5
at it and then the voice over shortcuts disappear very quickly.:). When you
want VO again just through another command F5. This is how I do it.

Hello all:
1st of all, thanks so much for your help regarding Using the Vm ware.
today I took my exam using my MacBook pro, and I was using VMware, the
biggest problem for me now is that I'm using Sibelius to write down my
music notes, Sibelius runs most of it's features on keyboard short
cuts, many of those short cuts are making conflict with the mac ones,
for instance, using control + right or left errows to move between
messures is not working because it make different tasks on mac
so, is there a way to freez the mac short cuts while using the VMware?
THnaks
