Hi. For me, I've ran both without any problems on both a virtual machine and a bootcamped partition. It's all personal preference in my opinion. Some people will tell you to go with Windows 7 while others will say Windows 10. If you're going to use Fusion, try both and see which one you like best. Also, take into consideration what you want Windows for and make your decision that way.
