Hi! I use an app on the iPhone called talking tuner.
It won't give you pitches but it speaks the note you're tuned to and
how flat or sharp you are in cents so it's very accurate!
I believe the martin guitar app and various other apps will at least
give you an A 440 hertz tone you can tune your a string to then tune
the rest of the guitar using harmonics etc.
