In all cases yes it shouldn't be an issue, 
Worst case will be that you have to use a 32bit version of windows 10,
 But give it a go it should be ok especially if your running sierra on the 
notebook,

 As for the specs, shouldn't be an issue those are good specs.

Hi all
Does anyone know if it will be possible to install Windows 10 on a 2012 MacBook 
Pro under Bootcamp?
According to Apple it is supported, I just want to be sure, or better hear 
first hand from someone running Windows 10 on this machine.
It’s a friend of mines MacBook and also just to note that it’s not standard, he 
upgraded it with 16 GB of RAM and also a 256 GB SSD.
