Unfortunately, the BARD app won't read BRF files via VoiceOver only with a braille display, and then, I think, only BARD BRF files. A few years ago, there was an app in the app store that would read BRF files. I don't remember what it was called, and I don't think it is there any more. I never tried it, but I got the impression from reading posts about it that it didn't work very well, and did not stay around very long.
