Also, Safari login info can usually be found in Safari preferences. If you open Safari, choose preferences and then passwords. You should see a list of all of your logins and the passwords. You might have to authenticate with your account password to see the actual passwords.
In other words, you don't need to use Keychain Access to see Safari passwords, but as Dr. Carter indicated, the keychain password should be the same as your account password unless you reset your account password.
