In a blast from the past category, AT&T, remember AT&T, they have something new 
coming to their network.  (Believe it or not). LTE-M which will support the 
Internet of  Things should be deployed in the US by mid 2017 and in the US and 
Mexico by years end.  Uses include transmitters 1/6th the size of present, 
battery life up to 10 years in some applications, and services from container
