Hard to tell without personally playing with the site. I often do find that as 
long as I am in the main navigation area of the screen, using either find, 
VoiceOver find or item chooser will help with sites.  First thing to discover 
is if there is a lot of hiding and unhiding of the some HTML content based on 
location of mouse / touch gestures. 

One thing to be aware of, is that if the site makes use of frames, these 
usually need a separate set of interaction to determine what is inside.
