Hi Mark, I think one way you can go is to go under messages and deselect mirror iPhone settings. Then disable all the notifications so that there’s no popups or messages sent to the watch itself.
Just a guess but this may work. I know you can control the mail announcements in a similar way. Simon also has a very good way to try for what you want as well.
