Hi,

assuming your using a Mac,  there is a button that says "view my iTunes account 
button".  Press this button and it asks you for username/email and password, 
then you should be taken to a web area/ html content area.  Interact.  Here you 
will probably find that you have not agreed to the latest iTunes user 
agreement.  Do so and things should work ... I hope.
