Oops, I forgot to mention my mac info. I put it in the subject line, and here is the message again:
Hi, I downloaded an app, a download manager, to be specific. For some reason I decided to trash it. Then download it again as a fresh start, but I still found traces from the first instance. I’ve tried scrapping and downloading it from the internet again and again, but I found more and more traces and stuff I can’t seem to delete. So, how do I get rid of the whole chi bang? Believe me, once I clear up this mess, I want to download it one more time and give it a good chance before deciding what to do with it. I would really appreciate some help here.
