Hi. I am having to change my I Cloud storage due to some change of circumstances and as I tried to down grade my storage, it was as if Apple would not let me do it. At the present time I wanted to change from a 200 megabytes to a 50 megabytes and when I clicked on the option for that, it was with some difficulty that I managed to do it at last. I don't know why it was such a struggle to down grade my I Cloud storage. Anyone else have that problem?
