Error 404 is a web browser error meaning the page couldn't be found.

You need to figure out where the problem is, or ask more specific
questions here. There's little anyone can say to help you without more
information.

Some possibilities:

1.)     Is she able to access links at all? What happens if she opens
the browser and accesses content on the web? Does that work?

2.)     How do you know the link you're sending her is OK? How did you
confirm that?

Question 2 is not meant to offend. Please understand. It's important to
verify with precision that what you think you're sending is what's
actually being sent, and then that it's actually what's being received.
