Hi,

I believe that they would. The Mini is not as big of a problem to upgrade
drives as the iMacs and MacBook Air kinds of units. As to price, sorry, I
can't help there.

I have a late ’14 Mac Mini. It is serving me well, but I notice that the 1TB
Fusion drive I bought it with is filling up faster than I expected. I could go
into iTunes and get rid of some videos and that would probably help a lot, but
I may have need to install Windows and thus more disk space, so here’s the
question. I know it won’t be the cheap route. I could probably buy a
serviceable Windows machine for what I’ll spend, but I don’t want to clutter my
workspace any more than it already is. If I unplug my Mini and cart it to an
Apple store, will they upgrade the drive for me? What am I looking at spending
for a 2TB SSD that they install? In my younger days I’d happily pull it apart
and do it myself, but now I don’t have the time or patience and can’t risk a
fatal error.
