The only updated information I have received since my inquiry is that the Orbit REader was supposed to have been released in Australia, but was pulled for some unknown reason. This elevates my concern: the device may be just what some of us need, in a much more reasonable price range, but if support for it is nonexistent, and if there is an unwillingness to be transparent or respond to inquiries so ostensibly close to a product release, one has to wonder . . .
