No that does not do it. This happens in some dialogs such as error
dialogs. Sometimes at the same time the normal speech is playing,
sometimes with a delay.

Its been a long long time since I experienced this issue so do not
remember the solution. While working in HS today, on occasion I
would hear two voices, one much slower than the normal voice. What
