Hi, Simply because someone is posting to this list, does not preclude the possibility that they have reported it as a bug. In my opinion, it is totally fine for an individual to post questions about such things to the list in case it is just an issue with their own settings, or that their device only needs a restart etc. I totally agree that, when you encounter a true bug, reporting it is essential, but many folks would prefer to confirm that it is a true bug before moving forward with a bug report.
