ETA,

I am reporting the behavior I am seeing. That’s all I can do. If I saw a 
consistent pattern, I would report it that way. Truly I’d have never seen an 
Apple app behave so inconsistently.  Frankly, if others are seeing what I am 
seeing, I’m amazed that Apple ever let it be released in this state. I’m sorry 
if I’m not reporting things in a way that is satisfactory to you. But I can 
only tell you when I am observing.
