Probably is such an app. Or use an OCR app either macOS or iOS to
scan them.

This sounds like a very nice app. I don't know how voiceover
friendly it is, but based on the iPhone app Fantastical, it could be
good of course the iPad app isn't so good. The thing I like most
about the sound of this app is how you can just type all the stuff
in and it will automatically parse it and put it into a contact or
fill out an existing contact. That would be a big timesaver.
