Hi Kawal, I feel your pain. I have to use Skype for Business at my day job, too, and I don't like it either. I swear Microsoft just ruins everything they touch.
The problem with Face time is that it only works with other apple products. I use Skype in my coaching business. So I need a solution that isn't Apple limited.
