Subject:
Major Account Login Problem as of October 30, 2017, on both iOS 11.x and iOS
10.x.

[BEGIN APP REVIEW]
Hello,

There is a login problem with this app ever since the release of v3.9 which
also affects those on iOS 10.x using v3.6.1.

The problem occurs when attempting to refill a prescription. Instead of
remaining in the app, with full functionality, the app appears to go to the
web version of CVS.com which has much less functionality.

I have been able to recreate this problem in iOS 11.x via v3.9 and in iOS
10.x using v.3.6.1. I have confirmed this on iPHone 6 Plus, 6 S Plus, and 8
Plus using 3 different CVS accounts.

The only workaround I have discovered is to first delete the app from the
device and then reinstall. The first time one logs in after reinstalling
the app, everything works as expected. The problem reappears during
subsequent logins, however.

Steps to reproduce:

1.
Open the CVS Mobile app after having first reinstalled it.

2.
Sign-in to your CVS account.

3.
In the Pharmacy area of the app, located near the center of the display, you
will see three buttons including [Scan to Refill], [View Family RX Access],
and [Refill/View Prescriptions]. If you see the [Refill/View Prescriptions]
button, all is well and the app will function as expected/normally.

4.
Now, completely close the app. This is to say, in addition to simply
pressing the iOS Home Button, in order to merely remove the app from the
display, using the App Switcher, completely close the CVS Pharmacy app.

5.
Open the CVS Mobile app and, if necessary, sign into your CVS account.

6.
In the Pharmacy area of the app, located near the center of the display, you
will see three buttons including [Scan to Refill], [View Family RX Access],
and [View All Prescriptions]. If you see the
[View All Prescriptions] button instead of the [Refill/View Prescriptions]
button, about which, is the subject of this review, then the bug has
reappeared.

7.
Upon activating the [View All Prescriptions] button, you will see a message
that asks you to wait a moment while your request is processed. Upon
completion of this process, you will be taken to an interface that is quite
different than the normal interface of the app, which much less
functionality.

As I stated above, at this time, the only workaround I have discovered is to
first delete and then reinstall the app.

Finally, please be aware that activating the button, listed in step 7,
results in an interface that is not VoiceOver accessible. This is to say
that VoiceOver users cannot select and unselect individual medications for
refill when using this UI. VoiceOver is Apple's software screen reading
solution for the blind and low vision.

I fervently request that CVS address this matter as soon as possible.

Thank you,
