Thanks for the link. I think I found part of the problem: this card has no s. 
Most disks are named disk0s2, or disk1s3. This, though, is under disk3, but has 
only a 0 in front of it. I've tried variations on mounting "disk3 0", disk30, 
disk3s0 (despite the missing s in the list) and so on, to no avail. Does this 
explain anything more?
