Hi. You can still make ringtones like you used to. Make the tone the way you normally do but when you're ready to synch it to your phone, the new way to get it to synch is to find the place you stored it and copy it, then go to iTunes and find the tones section of your iPhone. Once there, if you're doing this on a Mac, go to your tones list and paste the newly created tone there. HTH.
