I guess that is what I’ll have to do. I cleared cookies and it is still 
happening. It seems to be related to reviews: there is a ratings distribution 
for number of stars and a close button, but they never disappear. I am using 
the Safari and High Sierra; perhaps I’ll try another browser. Glad to know it 
isn’t just me. :)
