Hi ET Tim and Chris,  I have the issue when i updated to hi sierra,  and on 
chatting to apple accessibility, they said its a voiceover bug that identifies 
folders as groups in column view with voiceover,  they claim its just a 
terminology,  and they say it should be fix in future updates.  so when i 
changed to list view,  i don’t seem to get as much.  that’s all the information 
i was given.  all the best.
