I noticed this when I updated to High Sierra. I found we now have to
add the shift key

Did I miss some new command changes? VO Command Right Arrow and Left Arrow are
not allowing me to change speech rate, pitch, etc. I just checked the
appendices at Apple Support to see if anything was changed, but I’m getting the
