Go to National Braille Press nbp.org. Put in Mac in the search box. I believe there is a book on Apple Watch. Also download the AccessWorld iOS app. There are articles and they are free.
David Woodbridge does excellent podcasts. Many of them are on Apple products. Go to davidwoodbr.podbean.com Check out AppleVis www.applevis.com The site hads a lot of great information.
