Hi, When switching from Windows 10 to my Mac Book Air with El Capitan, I could, at first, turn on VoiceOver, but still heard the dead end sound when pressing a lot of the keys trying to get around. But I didn't hear other feedback from VoiceOver, so I had to have sighted help to put in my passwords. It could not connect to Apple. Now it's either stuck or won't start up completely. I believe this mac is either a 2014 or 2015 model. Is there anything I could try before taking it back to Apple?
