Hi, It's in the MacApp Store as well. Both PDFPen and PDFPenPro. I'm not sure of their prices in the US store, but probably around $100 for PDFPen and $150 for PDFPenPro. PDFPen would likely suffice for most people.
In the MacApp Store, enter the letters p, d, f, p, e, n all together without spaces. It should be there. Was for me anyway. Later...
