Hello E.T, I was able to accomplish this with drag and drop as follows: 1. stop interacting with the desired webpage. 2. interact with the safari toolbar 3. Navigate to the address bar. 4. Drag the item with VO comma. 5. Switch applications to the finder desktop with command tab. 6. drop the item with VOO shift comma or VO shift period. 7. You can edit the description of the webpage by hitting enter and editing the filename.
Your method probably works, but it involves creating a .wloc file (possibly using the terminal).
