As for accessibility of the Hue app on iOS, I was actually about to ask the same question on the list today. I downloaded the app but can’t really test it without having a Hue device. However if the app is not accessible, with Voiceover, after initial setup everything can be controlled by voice if you add a HomePod or Amazon Echo in to your system, so usability shouldn’t really be a issue even if not accessible. I think if having a couple of people in the house a smart speaker to be able to control it by voice will anyway be the way to go.
