No I have been on LTE for 2-3 years. I will be getting a new phone
in a couple days. I almost got a 7 before last September but glad I
waited once I heard there would be no 7s.

indication either when there's just no service, or when there's an
issue with the Sim Card. Take the phone to your carrier and they can
check if you need a new card. If your carrier isn't nearby or
particularly easy to access, if you have a friend or family member
with an iPhone, you can switch Sim Cards and see if the other Sim
card gives service or not.
