Hi. On a couple of occasions, while using earphones, the volume on my Kindle Fire has suddenly dropped. When I have gone into settings, I have been able to confirm that, for reasons I don’t understand, the media volume level has indeed dropped. I don’t know what precipitates this, but it has happened on more than one occasion. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
