Hi, Although there are games available, I'm not sure of their accessibility as I don't bother with that part of the Apple TV. I primarily use it for the items you've mentioned as well as some other services such as CBC TV and such in Canada. YouTube is totally accessible as is Netflix. Amazon Prime is mostly accessible, although I find it a little more clunky and frustrating at times. Granted, I haven't used the services much lately as I'm in the midst of some renovations, so the main media area with the big TV, Apple TV and surround sound audio is under cover for protection from mega-dust.
