Hi Ramy, I have VoiceOver speech streaming through a USB headphone; that headphone also features a microphone. I mention this because I found that changing audio output is a bit confusing in that I want my input device to be the USB Headphone microphone and the system sounds streaming out through the standard jack while VoiceOver speech streams through the USB Headphones. I realize this seems a bit complicated, but the long and short of it is:
Open the “Sounds” icon for the Preference Panes. Select the Output Tab and set the device to to anything except the Bluetooth headset. Now, select the Input device and select the USB headphone as the input device. Close this window. Now, open the VoiceOver (<VO>+F8) and select the “Sound” category. Tab to the “Output Device” Pop Up and select the USB Headphone. Now, you’ll have VoiceOver streaming through the BlueTooth headphone, system sounds (including iTunes output) streaming through the system output device and input coming through the the Bluetooth microphone.
